During this consultation we review the home’s systems, fixtures, and features while identifying areas that benefit from routine attention throughout the year. We also discuss upcoming improvements, technology updates, and other projects that may be planned for the property.

From this evaluation, a personalized stewardship agreement is created outlining how Elevated Finish will support the home over the coming year.

The plan may incorporate preventative maintenance, minor repairs, smart home optimization, small improvement projects, and oversight of specialized contractors when needed.

Comprehensive Care for the Entire Home

Premier Home Stewardship begins at $4,000 per year and provides structured service visits, dedicated service hours, and an annual material allowance reserved for your property.

Each plan includes:

• Six scheduled visits per year
• Four seasonal visits focused on preventative home care
• Two additional service visits that can address repairs, adjustments, or improvement projects
• Forty hours of dedicated service time annually
• $1,000 annual material allowance

The material allowance may be used for maintenance items, replacement hardware, installation materials, or small improvement fixtures completed during service visits.

Throughout the year, Elevated Finish helps ensure the systems and features of the home remain properly maintained while also supporting small improvements and technology adjustments.

When projects require specialized trades, Elevated Finish can coordinate and oversee qualified subcontractors to ensure work is completed properly and aligned with the needs of the home.

Additional service hours, visits, or material allowances can be incorporated into the plan when curating your stewardship agreement.
