Home Improvement Service Plan

Planned Improvements with Built-In Repair Protection

Homes naturally require repairs throughout the year. Small fixtures wear out, hardware loosens, lighting fails, and systems occasionally need attention. Most homeowners address these issues as they arise, often reacting to problems rather than planning improvements.

The Home Improvement Plan takes a more structured approach.

This service begins with the understanding that repairs will occur, but when they do not fully consume the time and material allowances within the plan, the remaining resources can be directed toward thoughtful upgrades that improve the home over time.

Instead of unused service time going to waste, it becomes an opportunity to enhance the functionality and appearance of your home.

Curating A Plan That Fits

The process begins with an in-home consultation where we review your homes current condition, discuss future upgrades, and assess repairs required now and likely coming.

The Home Improvement Plan prioritizes repairs and adjustments first. As the year progresses and the condition of the home becomes clear, remaining allowances can be applied toward planned upgrades.

This allows homeowners to address necessary repairs while also making meaningful improvements when opportunities arise.

Typical upgrade projects may include:

• Replacing outdated light fixtures
• Upgrading faucets or hardware
• Installing new smart switches or dimmers
• Replacing worn bathroom fixtures
• Improving storage solutions or shelving
• Updating door hardware or cabinet hardware
• Installing upgraded lighting or accent lighting

Over time, these smaller improvements can gradually elevate the overall experience of the home.

A Plan That Protects Your Home And Improves It

Home Improvement Service begins with a structured service plan designed to keep the technology in your home operating reliably and efficiently throughout the year.

The service begins at $1800 annually, which includes four seasonally scheduled service visits.

The plan provides structured service visits and allowances that can be used for many common issues homeowners encounter, helping prevent small problems from lingering or becoming larger concerns.

Repairs addressed early in the year may include:

• Loose fixtures or hardware
• Replacing fixtures with issues
• Small drywall repairs
• Door adjustments
• Hardware replacements
• Fixture repairs

When repairs are minimal, the remaining service time and material allowance can be redirected toward upgrades that improve the home.

The service plan starts with a $400 annual allowance for repairs and upgrade materials and 14 labor hours across the 4 visits.

If additional service time, visits, or materials are needed, they can be incorporated into the plan keeping your home protected and upgraded throughout the year.

Is The Home Improvement Plan Right For Your Home?

The Home Improvement Plan is designed for homeowners who want to gradually enhance their home while still having protection against everyday repairs.

Many homes accumulate a list of small improvements over time — lighting that could be updated, fixtures that could be replaced, hardware that could be upgraded, or spaces that could benefit from small refinements. These projects are often postponed because homeowners are focused on addressing repairs as they arise.

The Home Improvement Plan creates a structured way to address both.

Repairs and adjustments are handled as needed, while unused service time and material allowances can be directed toward thoughtful upgrades that improve the home over time.

This plan is often a great fit for homeowners who:

• Want to make steady improvements to their home without undertaking large renovation projects
• Have a list of smaller upgrades they would like to complete over time
• Prefer to address repairs and improvements within one structured service plan
• Appreciate the ability to enhance fixtures, lighting, and hardware throughout the year
• Want their home to gradually evolve and feel more refined with time

The Home Improvement Plan is especially well suited for homeowners who value the details of their home and want a practical way to invest in those details year after year.

Rather than waiting until a large remodel becomes necessary, this plan allows improvements to happen naturally as part of the ongoing care of the home.
