The service begins at $1800 annually, which includes four seasonally scheduled service visits.
The plan provides structured service visits and allowances that can be used for many common issues homeowners encounter, helping prevent small problems from lingering or becoming larger concerns.
Repairs addressed early in the year may include:
• Loose fixtures or hardware
• Replacing fixtures with issues
• Small drywall repairs
• Door adjustments
• Hardware replacements
• Fixture repairs
When repairs are minimal, the remaining service time and material allowance can be redirected toward upgrades that improve the home.
The service plan starts with a $400 annual allowance for repairs and upgrade materials and 14 labor hours across the 4 visits.
If additional service time, visits, or materials are needed, they can be incorporated into the plan keeping your home protected and upgraded throughout the year.
